Integrity

Integrity is the defining quality of our people and our work. We strive to do the right thing always, and to act truthfully and honorably.

We demonstrate this by being truthfull in our communications; we take responsibility for our actions and decisions; we are accountable to our committments; and we are aware that what we do and say either builds or destroys our integrity,

Compassion

In everything we do and say, we show empathy, kindness and a willingness to help. We seek to empathise by imaging how we would feel if put in others situations.

We work in a profession where, at times, patients may be in deep distress, and we may need to invest more time with them. This is demonstrating our compassion. Please forgive us if we are not on time ... it may be a situation where compassion comes before time management.

Respect

We do not judge others by their attitude and thoughts, even if we do not agree with them. Every person is valued for who they are.

We demonstrate that by listening, affirming, and serving. We are kind, polite and thankful.

Accountability

Even when no-one is looking, we take ownership for the quality of our individual work but also take pride in what we deliver as a team; our focus is on a successful outcomes for all.

When things don’t go as planned we proactively use it as an opportunity to share and learn.
